How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 8 to 14 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Shipping is always free.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. The item must be unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Contact us at info@saintmiami.com to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will let you know if it has been approved. Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded within ten working days via your original payment method. Does it take longer than 15 working days? Please feel free to contact us.
